Bright Baby

I went through my stash of cards last night and noticed I am low on baby cards (and you never know when you will need one) so I made a couple.

I usually make baby cards with pastel colors, and thought I would try some bright-cheery colors this time.

pink & brown ... classic!

The layering is fun, and I know it may be a little diffiult to see here, but the top portion (white area) of the card has hole-punches glued on for texture.

How about this for a birth announcement...

Just another wonderful way to use the jumbo flower punch! (I am having too much fun.) The paper folds at the top, the punch goes over the neck & leg areas and then a circle punch trims them to size! Too easy...now you try, I would love to see your samples also.
